There are usually two reasons an app won't open or keeps crashing — an outdated version or accumulated cache. First, check which version you have installed. There are generally three reasons an account gets locked: too many consecutive incorrect password attempts, a security concern flagged by the system, or a self-imposed cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

Locked Due to Too Many Wrong Password Attempts: In this case, the account usually unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. You can also use the OTP tab to log in without a password. Once you're in, go to Settings and update your password.
